Refund and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this window closes, the order moves to our kitchen for preparation. Once the kitchen begins preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible.

Cancellation requests are processed immediately through the app or by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If you successfully cancel your order within the allowed window:

  • Full refund: 100% of your order amount will be refunded
  • Refund method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (the same card, UPI, or wallet you used)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Quality Issues

If you receive your order and notice quality issues (incorrect items, poor quality, or anything else wrong), please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photo evidence.

Upon verification, we will provide:

  • Full refund for the defective item(s)
  • OR replacement of the item(s) at no additional cost

Your satisfaction is our priority. We're committed to maintaining the highest standards.

Missing Items

If you notice any items are missing from your order, please report it within 1 hour of delivery. Include your order details and photos if possible.

We will:

  • Issue a full refund for the missing item(s)
  • OR send the missing item(s) in your next order

Late Delivery

While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may happen due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Late delivery alone does not entitle you to an automatic refund. However, if your order arrives and is no longer suitable (damaged due to delay, cold, etc.), we will address it under our quality standards.

If you have concerns about a late delivery, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved and initiated:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: 5-7 business days
  • UPI and Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery refunds: Processed during your next order or upon request

Please note: Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. We initiate refunds promptly; delays beyond that are not in our control.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue with your order:

  • WhatsApp: Send us a message through the app with order details and issue description
  • Phone: Call us during business hours (10 AM – 2 AM)
  • In-person: Visit our shop at Shop 11, West Avenue, Aundh, Pune

Be prepared to provide your order number and any relevant details about the issue. Photo evidence helps us process your request faster.

Exceptions and Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Orders delivered as per your specifications
  • Issues reported after 1 hour of delivery
  • Changes of mind or preference (after the 5-minute cancellation window)
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling after delivery
