Ordering and Payment

• Online payment through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Wallets)
• Cash on Delivery (where available)

Your order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified. A confirmation message will be sent to your phone number.

Allergens and Dietary Restrictions

Our kitchens prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes in shared spaces. While we take care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee any item is free from trace contamination of nuts, dairy, gluten, egg, or other common allergens.

Delivery

We deliver within our specified service area. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints. We will keep you updated on your order status.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and are displayed before checkout. You accept these fees when you place your order.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been accepted by the kitchen. For cancellations within the allowed window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Account and Phone Verification

You must provide a valid phone number to use our service. Each phone number can have only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Any activity on your account is your responsibility.
